Moody Venture Capital LLP, an established residential property finance lender. In-house funds available to assist property development loans for new house building developments.

 

Moody Venture Capital provides loans between £500,000 (for local schemes) and £4 million and will finance a single dwelling if required. We pride ourselves on a wealth of valuable industry experience for property developers. MVC has almost 20 years experience in property development finance backed by 60 years experience in the building and construction industry.

 

We offer property development finance in many areas throughout the country; our home patch is London, Essex, Kent, Surrey and the Home Counties but we are also active in the North, South, South West and Midlands. Moody Venture Capital’s prime concern is that the property is sited within a good locality with a demonstrable demand for the completed units.
